Alterations, Modifications, and Withdrawals. Prior to the Solicitation submission deadline, a Respondent may: (1) withdraw its Solicitation Response by submitting a written request to the point of contact identified in Section 3.4.1; or (2) modify its Solicitation Response by submitting a written amendment to the point of contact identified in Section 3.4.1. The System Agency may request Solicitation Response Modifications at any time.
