Allowable Services/Activities Clause Samples
The Allowable Services/Activities clause defines the specific services or activities that a party is permitted to perform under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, listing what is authorized and sometimes explicitly stating what is excluded. For example, a contractor may be allowed to provide only certain types of consulting or maintenance services, and any activities outside this list would require additional approval. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of permitted actions, reducing the risk of unauthorized work and potential disputes.
