Common use of Allowable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Allowable Expenses. Contractor may submit for reimbursement, without mark-up, only the following categories of expense: N/A Invoicing and Payment Invoicing. Contractor shall submit invoices to the JCC in arrears no more frequently than monthly. Contractor’s invoices must include information and supporting documentation acceptable to the JBE.
