In the event the General Partner issues additional classes of Partnership Units other than OP Units, then the General Partner shall determine, in its sole discretion, the Profits and Losses attributable to each class and shall allocate to Profits and Losses of each class of Partnership Units among the Partners in such class in proportion to their respective Percentage Interests in such class, after giving effect to any and all special allocations set forth in Section 7.4 above.
