Common use of Allocation of Services Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Services. If, as a result of an event of Force Majeure, SABINE is unable to meet its contractual obligations to Customer and any Other Customers under LNG terminal use agreements, SABINE shall allocate the available capability of the Sabine Pass Facility to perform activities similar to the Services to Customer and Other Customers in a reasonable manner based on the ratio that the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity bears to the Aggregate Contracted Capacity for the remainder of such Contract Year.

Allocation of Services. If, as a result of an event of Force Majeure, SABINE is unable to meet its contractual obligations to Customer and any Other Customers under LNG terminal use agreements, SABINE shall allocate the available capability of the Sabine Pass Facility to perform activities similar to the Services in the following order of priority (such allocation herein referred to as the “Major Customer and Other Customers in a reasonable manner based on the ratio that the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity bears to the Aggregate Contracted Capacity for the remainder of such Contract Year.Allocation Priority”):
