Common use of All Risk Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

All Risk Property Insurance. The Borrower shall maintain all --------------------------- risk property insurance against physical loss or damage, including but not limited to fire and extended coverage, collapse, flood, earth movement and comprehensive boiler and machinery coverage (including electrical and mechanical breakdown). Such insurance shall cover the Borrower's entire operation shall not contain any exclusion for resultant damage caused by faulty workmanship, design or materials. Coverage shall be written on a replacement cost basis in an amount reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent. Such insurance policy shall contain an agreed amount endorsement waiving any coinsurance penalty;
