All Coverage. Each insurance policy required by this clause shall be occurrence-based or an alternate form as approved by the TOWN and endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled by either party, reduced in coverage or limits except after thirty (30) days’ prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the TOWN. 14.04.7.1 Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect FRANCHISEE’S obligations to TOWN, its officers, officials, employees, agents, or volunteers. 14.04.7.2 The TOWN, it’s officers, officials, agents, employees and volunteers shall be named as additional insured on all policies.
