Common use of All Consents Required Clause in Contracts

All Consents Required. All approvals, authorizations, consents, orders or other actions of any Person or Governmental Authority applicable to the Backup Servicer, required in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the performance by the Backup Servicer of the transactions contemplated hereby and the fulfillment by the Backup Servicer of the terms hereof have been obtained.
