Common use of Airport Security Clause in Contracts

Airport Security. The A-E shall comply with all security requirements of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), United States Customs and Border Protection (USCBP), Xxxx Xxxxx Airport security regulations and all applicable federal, state and local regulations regarding airport security. The A-E is responsible for fines imposed by any regulatory agency as a result of A-E’s failure to comply with applicable rules and regulations regarding airport security. The A-E may be required to obtain airport security clearance in order to perform work under this contract. The A-E, A-E’s employees and A-E’s subcontractors must complete a background clearance SIDA class in order to obtain an I.D. badge and a driving permit for access to secure areas and to drive on the airfield.
