Airport Pavement Preservation Program. The Sponsor certifies that they have implemented an effective pavement preservation management program at the Airport in accordance with Public Law 103‐305 and with the most current associated FAA policies and guidance for the replacement, reconstruction or maintenance of pavement at the Airport. The Sponsor assures that it shall use and follow this program for the useful life of the pavement constructed, reconstructed or repaired with financial assistance from the State and that it will provide such reports on pavement condition and pavement management programs as may be required by the State.
