Airport Effects. The Property is located in the vicinity of the Honolulu International Airport, and aircraft may fly in the proximity of or directly over the Property, and such overflights and other airport-related activities may result in noise, dust, vibration, and other nuisances, disturbances or hazards (collectively, the "Airport Effects") to persons and property on or within the Property;
