AIRCRAFT SERVICES CATEGORY Sample Clauses

The 'Aircraft Services Category' clause defines and categorizes the types of services provided in relation to aircraft, such as maintenance, repair, fueling, or ground handling. It typically outlines which specific services are included under each category and may set standards or requirements for their provision. By clearly delineating service categories, this clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of services covered under the agreement, reducing ambiguity and helping to allocate responsibilities effectively.
