AIRCRAFT RECORDS. Lessor hereby delivers and Lessee hereby accepts the manuals, log books, records and other documents relating to the Aircraft described in Appendix III hereto.
AIRCRAFT RECORDS. At delivery the Aircraft will be accompanied by the standard compliment of manuals and records furnished by the Aircraft and Engine manufacturers with a new Aircraft for a customer entitled to Customer Support at the Boeing Level Code 3. SCHEDULE A
AIRCRAFT RECORDS. All aircraft technical documents and records relating to the Aircraft in Seller’s possession as inspected and accepted by Buyer, including non-incident statements from previous operators and Seller, and including but not limited to the following:
AIRCRAFT RECORDS. All records maintained by Lessee prior to return of the Aircraft pursuant to Section 10 hereof relating to the location, service, inspection, maintenance, modification, repair and overhaul of the Airframe, Engines and Parts installed therein, will at all times be maintained in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Aeronautical Authority and any other governmental authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto and shall be kept current, up to date, in English, accurate and complete.

AIRCRAFT RECORDS. Each and all of the flight, engineering and maintenance manuals, drawings, documents, certificates, status summaries, maintenance records, log books and other data relating to the Aircraft (and all of its components), including the Engines, provided to (or developed by) Lessee at Delivery or throughout the Term of the Aircraft Lease Agreement shall be returned to Lessor on or before the Return Date in English and in an organized format and in compliance with the regulations of the FAA. ("Maintenance Provider"), as consenting party.
AIRCRAFT RECORDS. Lessee will at all times maintain the originals of all Aircraft Records, including the Maintenance Manual and the Maintenance Program, at Lessee's engineering facility with a full copy at the facility of the Authorized Maintenance Performer. The same shall be available for inspection by Lessor during normal business hours. Lessor shall give Lessee at least 5 days' prior notice of any such inspection unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, in which case no prior notice shall be required.

AIRCRAFT RECORDS. Lessee shall maintain all Manuals and Technical Records during the term of this Lease relating to the service, inspection, maintenance, modification, repair and overhaul of the Airframe, Engines and Parts installed therein as required by the CAA and the Approved Maintenance Program which records will at all times be "back to birth" (except as to anything which was part of the Aircraft as of the Delivery Date but for which "back to birth" records were not delivered to Lessee) and be kept current and up-to-date. Aircraft records for life limited Parts shall establish total service, origin and authenticity back to the original manufacturer thereof and shall establish strict compliance with the CAA type data sheet and with the Approved Maintenance Program.
