AIRCRAFT LEASE AGREEMENT. Air Response shall, and the Company shall cause Air Response to, negotiate in good faith the terms of aircraft lease agreements (the "LEASE AGREEMENTS") in substantially the form of EXHIBIT G for the aircraft described in DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE 5.9, which aircraft shall be used in the continuing operation of the Business after the Closing.
