Common use of AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION Clause in Contracts

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the 787 Airplane Description and Selections Document, 787B1-0227 Rev G, dated May 15, 2006 and paragraphs 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 above to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.

AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 3.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the 787 Airplane Description and Selections DocumentD019W005, 787B1Revision M, “Configuration Specification, Model 777-0227 Rev G200, -200ER, -200LR, - 300, -300ER”, dated May 15April 28, 2006 and paragraphs 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 above 2017, plus any changes mutually agreed upon or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter herein referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall will be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall will be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.

Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.

Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.

Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.

Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
