Aircraft Age Clause Samples
The Aircraft Age clause sets a specific limit on the age of aircraft that are covered or permitted under an agreement. Typically, this clause will define the maximum number of years since the aircraft's manufacture or first registration, and may require documentation to verify compliance. By establishing these parameters, the clause ensures that only newer or well-maintained aircraft are used, thereby reducing operational risks and potential maintenance issues associated with older planes.
