Air traffic management. 1. The Contracting Parties agree to cooperate closely in the field of air traffic management with a view to extending the Single European Sky to Israel in order to enhance safety and overall efficiency for general air traffic, to optimise capacities and to minimise delays. To this purpose, Israel shall be involved in the Single European Sky Committee as observer. The Joint Committee shall monitor this process of cooperation.
