Common use of Air Traffic Control Clause in Contracts

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other relevant air traffic control authority pursuant to which Lessee authorizes the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other all relevant air traffic control authority authorities pursuant to which Lessee authorizes authorises the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;Lessee and an officer's certificate from the Lessee certifying that on the Delivery Date, no amounts are past due and outstanding by Lessee to any air traffic control authorities, except as otherwise set forth on a schedule thereto; and

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other all relevant air traffic control authority authorities pursuant to which Lessee authorizes authorises the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;Lessee except as otherwise set forth in a schedule thereto; and

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other all relevant air traffic control authority pursuant to which Lessee authorizes authorises the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;Lessee and an officer's certificate from the Lessee certifying that on the Delivery Date, no amounts are past due and outstanding by Lessee to any air traffic control authorities, except as set forth in a schedule attached thereto; and

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other all relevant air traffic control authority authorities pursuant to which Lessee authorizes authorises the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;Lessee and an officer's certificate from the Lessee certifying that on the Delivery Date, no amounts are past due and outstanding by Lessee to any air traffic control authorities except as set forth in a schedule thereto; and

Air Traffic Control. if requested by Lessor, a letter from Lessee ------------------- addressed to Transport Canada Eurocontrol or any other relevant designated air traffic control authority pursuant to which Lessee authorizes the addressee such authority to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the such authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, including the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;

Air Traffic Control. a letter from Lessee addressed to Transport Canada or other each relevant air traffic control authority pursuant to which Lessee authorizes the addressee to issue to Lessor, upon Lessor's ’s request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to the authority in respect of all aircraft (including, without limitation, the Aircraft) operated by Lessee;
