Aid. The Service Provider agrees to ensure that all of its employees and agents immediately report all first aids and other injuries. First aid records will be maintained by the Service Provider for the duration of the project and kept on file for a period of at least 5 years following the completion of the project. The City of North Battleford may request copies of all or part of the first aid records during the project or during the filing period of 5 years.
