The contract will be in two phases: • Phase 1 is anticipated to commence in November 2018 and will run for a period of not more than 8 months. • Phase 2 will commence as soon as possible thereafter and will run for a period of not more than 6 months In the event that Phase 1 has reached Practical Completion and it is known by the Client that Phase 2 will commence within a period of not more than 3 months, then the Contractor will be expected to reduce all time related Preliminary and General Costs over this waiting period to a minimum. Appropriate Time Related Preliminary and General costs will be negotiated between the Contractor and the Engineer prior to the waiting period commencing.
