Common use of Agreement Year Clause in Contracts

Agreement Year. “Agreement Year” shall mean each successive year during the Term of this Agreement, beginning with the first day of the first full month after the Commencement Date.

Agreement Year. As used herein, the term “Agreement Year” shall mean means each successive year during consecutive twelve (12) month period commencing on the Term Commencement Date and thereafter on each anniversary of this Agreement, beginning with the first day of the first full month after the Commencement Date.

Agreement Year. “Agreement Year” shall mean each successive year or partial year during the Term term of this Agreement, beginning with the first day of the first full month on or after the Commencement DateDate of Beneficial Occupancy.
