Agreement to Inform Subsequent Employers and Report New Employer. During the Covenant Period, Employee agrees to inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of this Agreement. Employee also agrees to provide Employer with the identity of Employee’s new employer(s) and a description of the services being provided by Employee in sufficient detail to allow Employer to reasonably determine whether such activities fall within the scope of activities prohibited by the provisions of this Agreement.
