Agreement to Continue. This Agreement, and the representations, warranties, and covenants contained herein shall survive the making of the Loan and shall remain in full force and effect until the Indebtedness as been fully paid and all of the Obligations have been fully performed.
Agreement to Continue. During the period when negotiations are being conducted between the Parties for the renewal of this Agreement, the present Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until: • the Union commences a legal strike; or ▪ the Company commences a legal lockout; or • the Parties enter into a new or further Agreement.
