Agreement to Amend. Pursuant to Section 10 of the Note, the Company and SDS hereby agree to amend the Note as provided herein.
Agreement to Amend. Upon the terms and conditions of this Supplement and the Purchase Agreement, Grantor and Grantee agree to amend and supplement the Original Conveyance by executing and delivering the Current Conveyance Supplement.
