Agreement Termination Date. This Agreement shall terminate on TERMINATION DATE.
Agreement Termination Date. The Agreement Termination Date shall not have occurred.
Agreement Termination Date. Notwithstanding any Guaranty Termination Date, Borrower’s and/or Hxxxx’x obligations to Guarantor under the Credit Enhancement Documents, and each Guarantor’s rights and remedies against Borrower and/or Hxxxx thereunder, shall remain in full force and effect until the date that the following conditions are fulfilled (the “Agreement Termination Date”):

Agreement Termination Date. This Agreement continues in force and effect until all of the Project Land Areas (excluding those interests acquired under the license granted by the Xxxxxxxx, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway) have been released to the Grantors and the NRC licenses have been terminated, or another agreed-upon date designated in writing by the Parties; provided that: (i) after the Agreement Termination Date, each Party possesses the surviving rights as described in Section 18.1, and is subject to and obligated to fully satisfy the surviving obligations as defined in Section 18.2; and (ii) any obligation of any Party to another Party under any provision of this Agreement or under any other agreement among the Parties (including for example and without limitation the unamortized balance of the transition obligation relating to post-retirement benefits other than pensions, and any obligation arising under Section 14) that has not been satisfied prior to the Agreement Termination Date survives and is fully enforceable against such Party after the Agreement Termination Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to the Cities, to the extent Edison or San Diego retain any Project Land Areas, such as the Edison Switchyard, the Edison Facilities, the San Diego Switchyard, the San Diego Facilities and the Interconnection Facilities, beyond the time when all other Project Land Areas have been released to the Grantors and the NRC licenses have been terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 18(i) and Section 18(ii) above.
Agreement Termination Date. This Agreement shall continue in force and effect until the date terminated by the Decommissioning Executive Board upon termination of the then-current license and release of the facility to the Grantor, subject to the surviving rights and obligations as defined in Section 13 of the Decommissioning Agreement.
