Common use of Agreement Supplemental Clause in Contracts

Agreement Supplemental. This Agreement shall be supplemental to any other contract of employment, whether written or oral, that exists between the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation and the Executive, except insofar as any such contract of employment relates to the termination of the employment relationship between the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation and the Executive after a Change in Control, in which case this Agreement shall supersede the termination provisions of any such contract of employment.

This Agreement shall be supplemental to any other contract of employmentemployment or otherwise, whether written or oral, that exists between the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation and the Executive, except insofar as any such contract of employment relates to the termination of the employment relationship between the Corporation or any subsidiary Subsidiary of the Corporation and the Executive after a Change in ControlExecutive, in which case this Agreement shall supersede the termination provisions of any such other contract of employmentemployment or otherwise.
