AGREEMENT PARTIES. The Housing and Dining Agreement (herein referred to as “Agreement”) is between the Housing and Residence Life Office (herein referred to as “Housing”) at Central Oregon Community College (herein referred to as “College”), and the signing student (herein referred to as “Student”) for residence in the College’s residence hall, Wickiup Hall (herein referred to as “Hall”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a parent or guardian has signed this Agreement in addition to the Student, the Agreement will be binding on both parties.
