For purposes of this Agreement the Fund hereby establishes goals of XX % for New York State- certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation and XX % for New York State-certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (collectively, “MWBE Agreement Goals”) based on the current availability of MBEs and WBEs.
Agreement Goals. A. For purposes of this procurement, the Department hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”) participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs).
Agreement Goals. The goals of this Agreement are to: • Advance the development of Recipient’s on-site manufacturing technology and 3DCP tall (> 120m height) tower that lowers wind energy costs, reduces environmental lifecycle impacts, and improves the competitiveness and economic benefits of wind energy in California. • Assess and reduce the environmental lifecycle impacts of 3DCP manufacturing • Evaluate and expand California’s R&D and commercial 3DCP capabilities and workforce potential needed to manufacture 3DCP wind energy components in California Ratepayer Benefits:2 This Agreement will result in the ratepayer benefits of greater electricity reliability, lower costs, and increased safety by manufacturing and conducting a pilot demonstration of low-cost RCAM tall (>120m in height) towers and offshore wind products on-site in California. The project will help provide important environmental and economic benefits for California electric ratepayers including (1) clean energy from land-based and offshore wind deployments, (2) wind energy manufacturing and operations jobs, (3) enhanced 3DCP educational and R&D capabilities, and (4) advancing a low-cost offshore wind components. Technological Advancement and Breakthroughs:3 This Agreement will lead to technological advancement and breakthroughs to overcome barriers to the achievement of the State of California’s statutory energy goals by advancing the technology readiness of Recipient’s 3DCP tower technology. The agreement also assesses the feasibility and viability of using 3DCP to manufacture two components for offshore floating wind turbines: a 3DCP suction anchor (3DSA) and a 3DCP hybrid anchor / energy storage system (three-dimensional (3D) StEnSea).
Agreement Goals. ‌ The overarching goal of the Plan, as outlined in the Agreement, is to reform WV’s children’s mental health services and system to help ensure children can receive mental health services in their homes and communities. Each year, the Plan helps lead WV to successful reform in a timely manner to reduce the number of children unnecessarily placed in RMHTFs, and to reduce the length of stay for children at these facilities, when appropriate. Specifically, the goal is threefold:
Agreement Goals. The goals of this Agreement include the following: • Establish the technical merits and commercial potential of promising early-stage energy technology concepts that can decarbonize the natural gas sector. • Attract private sector interest and capital to clean energy innovations supported through the California Sustainable Energy Entrepreneur Development (CalSEED) - LCG Initiative. • Encourage broad and diverse participation in the CalSEED-LCG Initiative from entrepreneurs and researchers throughout California with targeted outreach to underrepresented groups. • Ensure a fair, simplified, streamlined, and transparent process for identifying entrepreneurs and researchers to receive support from the CalSEED-LCG Initiative.
Agreement Goals. 15 The goal of this Agreement is to develop, through a robust community engagement 16 process, designs and plans for a mixed-use city hall and residential zero-emission facility 17 that meets or exceeds all requirements specified in the CEC application, and to 18 demonstrate how a high-tech, zero-emission residential development can also be

Agreement Goals. The goals of this Agreement are to: ● Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the bus fleet – GHG emissions will be reduced by replacement of internal combustion engine buses with BEBs in the fleet in combination with using local solar PV generation to provide electricity to the BEBs. ● Maximize the utilization of renewable energy source – By performing AI-based smart management of charging in combination with Solar PV and XXXX, the project will demonstrate how to maximize the utilization of solar to fuel the BEBs. ● Lower the overall charging costs - The AI and ML based approaches utilized in this project lower the peak load for charging BEBs, thereby lowering demand charges, and in turn reducing overall charging costs. ● Provide resiliency by demonstrating a smart charging platform that enables quick replicability and scalability for MDHD electric vehicle fleets – The MOEV software will integrate DERs including EV chargers, solar photovoltaic (PV) on-site generation and a battery energy storage system (XXXX) using MOEV AI™, to manage these energy assets when the utility requests load curtailment via demand response (DR). This enables the resiliency goals of the project.
Agreement Goals. The goals of this Agreement are to: • Design and test a battery with a voltage of 12V, 141Ah to be used as a module for long duration stationary energy storage. • Validate manufacturability of the proprietary NiZn battery having high specific energy (120 Wh/kg), potential for lower cost (<$150/kwh) compared to existing batteries, resistance to thermal runaway hazards, and temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C. • Conduct environmental testing of the battery (e.g., temperature, shock, safety, etc.). • Test these batteries for discharge times from 2 hours to 12 hours. • Design and build a pre-production fabrication line for the zinc sponge anodes capable of producing a rate of 1,000 anodes per day for one 8-hour shift with <5% reject rate. Figure 1 Battery (left) that is 12V, 141 Ah, 8 cells, 15 kg that can be installed in a module (right) consisting of twelve (12) batteries on a tray. Ratepayer Benefits:2 This Agreement will result in the ratepayer benefits of increased grid system resiliency, greater electricity reliability, lower costs, and increased safety by: • Reducing the cost and increasing the deployment configuration of microgrids, thereby increasing grid resiliency. • Providing increased deployment of energy storage systems at the residential, neighborhood, campus, and municipal levels, thereby increasing grid reliability by minimizing brown outs and wildfire potential. • Lowering costs using a lower cost energy storage battery thereby increasing deployment and the resulting knock-on effect of lowering operational costs from the two items above.
Agreement Goals. 5 The goals of this Agreement are to provide a renewable mobile power system that:
