AGREEMENT FOR HIRE. The Owner will let and the Hirer will take on hire all and singular the goods and accessories described in the Schedule hereto (hereafter collectively called, “the Goods” which expression shall include all replacements and renewals of any part or parts thereof and any accessory and additions to the Goods whether made before or after the date of this Agreement and whether bearing the same or different vehicle registration numbers or engine numbers or chassis numbers) subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Schedule hereto to which the Hirer hereby acknowledges that the Hirer’s attention has been drawn before this Agreement was entered into.
AGREEMENT FOR HIRE. (a) Subject to the payment of the Fees by the Hirer OC Connections will provide the Facilities for the Hirer’s use on the terms of this Agreement.

AGREEMENT FOR HIRE. 2.1 The E-Bike let out on Hire, and all Equipment, remains the property of Cofton Country Holidays Limited. You agree that you will not sell, hire out, lend, abandon, or otherwise part with possession of the E-Bike or the Equipment.
AGREEMENT FOR HIRE. Mxxxxxxx and TOGA shall amend the Agreement for Hire to: (a) extend the term of that agreement for three (3) years, so that the Drilling Contract and the Agreement for Hire shall terminate on the same date; and (b) permit Mxxxxxxx to utilize the Goods (as defined in the Agreement for Hire) to drill one or more of the forty-eight (48) wxxxx to be drilled on the Comet Ridge Project by Mxxxxxxx pursuant to the Drilling Contract. Mxxxxxxx shall continue to pay TOGA rent installments of US$40,000.00 during the Hiring Period for the Goods as specified in Section 2 of the Agreement for Hire.

(a) We will let, and you will take on hire, the goods and accessories described in the Schedule (such goods and accessories, including any and all replacements and renewals of any part thereof and any and all additions thereto, whether made before or after the date of this Agreement and whether bearing the same or different vehicle registration numbers or engine numbers or chassis numbers, the “Goods”) subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and on the terms of payment in the Schedule.

AGREEMENT FOR HIRE. The Owner will let and the Hirer will take on hire the Goods (as hereafter defined) subject to the terms and conditions herein and in this Agreement for which the Hirer confirms that its attention has been drawn to prior to the Hirer entering into this Agreement. The expression “Goods” refers to the goods described in the Schedule and includes all accessories and replacements and renewals of and addition to the Goods whether made before or after the date of this Agreement. The Hirer agrees that his acceptance and execution of this Agreement, electronically or otherwise, shall constitute the Hirer’s agreement to take on hire the Goods subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Hirer’s agreement and request to the to the Owner to purchase the Goods from the Dealer of the Goods for the purpose of hiring the same to the Hirer under this Agreement.
