AGREEMENT EXPIRES. This agreement expires upon final approval and acceptance of the completed project(s) by the Sponsor (and/or Department as applicable), and after all final engineering charges have been paid to the Consultant as of the date of project close-out or after five years from the date of execution, whichever comes first. Payment liability by the State is as outlined above (see Section I.G., Notice to Proceed and Section II., Consultant Compensation).

AGREEMENT EXPIRES. See above re long term management of DCWW estate. The Forum met for the first time in July 2009 and has met twice since then. It is made up of up to two representatives from each of the Brecon Beacons Park Society, Brecknock WT, Great Forest of Brecknock Commoners Association, PONT, CPAT, Xxx yr Ogof Cave Advisory Committee, DCWW, CCW, BBNPA, and Cardiff University. Recently, the Forum has agreed to invite the EAW to attend and Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will be invited to attend those meetings that discuss matters of direct relevance to the Xxx yr Ogof Showcaves.

  • COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.

  • Policy Renewal/Expiration At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any policy required by this Contract, evidence of renewal or replacement policies of insurance with terms no less favorable to OGS than the expiring policies shall be delivered to OGS in the manner required for service of notice in Paragraph A.3.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • Term; Expiration This Agreement shall become effective on the initial Effective Date.   • License Agreement The Trust shall have the non-exclusive right to use the name "Invesco" to designate any current or future series of shares only so long as Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as investment manager or adviser to the Trust with respect to such series of shares.

  • Termination Agreement 8.01 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, WESTERN, at its sole option, may terminate either a Purchase Order or this Agreement at any time by giving fourteen (14) days written notice to CONSULTANT, whether or not a Purchase Order has been issued to CONSULTANT.
