AGREEMENT DATES. This agreement applies only for the dates indicated in Paragraph 4 above, subject to the termination clauses contained in paragraphs 29 and 30 and does not imply any type of a guarantee of a position as a Resident for any subsequent year(s) of education and training regardless of the total length of the GME Program to which Resident was appointed.
