AGREEMENT AVAILABILITY. A final draft incorporating negotiated amendments to an existing labor agreement will be referred by the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Business Manager, Local 20, IUOE, or his or her designated representative, no later than ten (10) working days following final ratification action.
