Agreement approved. The agreement set out in the Schedule to this Act is approved. Schedule THIS AGREEMENT made the nineteenth day of November 1964 BETWEEN THE HONOURABLE ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ M.L.A. Premier and Treasurer of the State of Western Australia acting for and on behalf of the said State and instrumentalities thereof from time to time (hereinafter called “the vendor”) of the one part and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ESTATES PTY. LTD. a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and having its registered office at care of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solicitors of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Terrace Perth in the said State (hereinafter called “the Company”) of the other part.
