AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. (a) This Agreement is by and between Medusa Cement Company, a Division of Medusa Corporation, hereinafter called the "Company", and the Cement, Lime, Gypsum and Allied Workers Division (International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, AFL-CIO), hereinafter called the "Union", acting on behalf of its Local Unions, whose members are employees of Medusa Cement Company.
