Common use of Agreement Administration Clause in Contracts

Agreement Administration. By the Effective Date, each party shall ------------------------ designate an individual who shall be responsible for the administration of this Agreement on behalf of that party. Any and all inquires related to this Agreement, or the performance by the parties of their obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of any Service, shall be directed to the individuals designated by the parties. Each party shall have the right to replace any individual previously designated by that party upon notice to the other party.
