AGREED THAT. The New Shareholder confirms that it has read a copy of the Shareholders Agreement and the Articles and covenants with and for the benefit of each person named in the schedule to this deed and for the benefit of any other person who becomes a party to the Shareholders Agreement to perform and be bound by all the terms of the Shareholders Agreement as if the New Shareholder were named in the Shareholders Agreement as an original party thereto and were named in it as a Shareholder.
