Agreed Purposes. For the purposes of this agreement, Agreed Purposes refer to the following purposes:
Agreed Purposes for the Developer shall be: to enable the Developer to discharge its obligations under this Agreement; to enable ESCo to connect the Unit to the Heat Distribution Network and provide the Heat Supply to the Customer moving into the Unit; and to enable the Customer occupying the Unit to comply with the terms of their agreement with the Customer and the terms of their Residential Heat Supply Agreement with ESCo. Controller, data controller, processor, data processor, data subject, processing and appropriate technical and organisational measures: shall have the meanings given to them in the Data Protection Legislation in force at the time.

Agreed Purposes. To manage BYL’s business relationship with you created by this agreement, including the processing of orders you receive from your customers and the delivery of Products pursuant to your customers’ orders, managing on your behalf, your orders with Suppliers, the collection of monies, and also the management of your customer returns, warranty and other claims against Products you have sold, and to support you as a Micro Retailer;
