Aggressive Dogs. Due to the open/free play policy of Xxxxxx’x aggressive dogs are not accepted. I understand if my dog acts aggressively he/she will be separated from other dogs during the remainder of the stay and will not be asked to return to Xxxxxx’x.

If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs. I authorize Waggin Tails Pet Services to use squirt bottles, and in extreme cases muzzles to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.

If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs, and potentially denied future service. I authorize BratPak to use water squirt bottles, air spray, physical handling, muzzles, and in extreme cases, bite-release tools to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.

If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs. I authorize Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx to use a muzzle to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.

If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs. I authorize The Pawington to use squirt bottles, citronella spray, citronella collars and in extreme cases muzzles to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.
Aggressive Dogs. I certify that my dog is not aggressive and I understand that aggressive dogs are not permitted to participate in services at CF Grooming. If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs. I authorize CF Grooming to use muzzles, in extreme cases, to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and human staff.
Aggressive Dogs. If your dog exhibits aggressive or other unacceptable behaviors he may be separated from other dogs or asked not to return to Wagmore. This decision will be made solely by Wagmore. Abandoned Dogs. No dog may be left at Wagmore after the scheduled pick up time without communication from you. If your dog is left at Wagmore without any contact, instruction or notification regarding its pick up from you or your authorized representative, your dog will be deemed “Abandoned” seven days after the scheduled pick-up time. If you abandon your dog at Wagmore, Wagmore will become the legal owner and guardian. Wagmore will determine the best course of action for the dog, whether to rehome him or relinquish it to a shelter. IF YOU ABANDON YOUR DOG AT WAGMORE, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY BE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE POSSESSION OF YOUR DOG AND WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST WAGMORE. Duty to disclose. You must disclose on a continuing basis any and all medical or other conditions, including but not limited to personality concerns or behavioral incidents that may affect, limit or prevent your dog’s ability to participate in activities or stay at Wagmore.

I authorize HCPR to use squirt bottles, citronella spray, and in extreme cases, muzzles to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.
Aggressive Dogs. I certify that my dog is not aggressive and I understand that aggressive dogs are not permitted to participate in services at The Luxy Pet Hotel. If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs. I authorize The Luxy Pet Hotel to use in extreme cases, muzzles or any necessary equipments to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.
Aggressive Dogs. I certify that my dog is not aggressive and I understand that aggressive dogs are not permitted to participate in group play services at The Clawington of Madison. If my dog acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be separated from the other dogs 10. Destruction of Clawington Property. I understand that if my pet(s) pose a risk of damage to the door or walls of a Clawington suite they may be moved to a Clawington run and the nightly rate will be downgraded accordingly. I also understand that if my pet(s) shows destructive behavior towards beds, blankets, toys, or other accessories provided by Clawington of Madison those items may be removed.
