Aggregate Service Clause Samples

The Aggregate Service clause defines the provision of a service that combines or consolidates multiple individual services, data sources, or functionalities into a single, unified offering. In practice, this clause may apply to platforms that collect information from various providers and present it to users through one interface, or to services that bundle several features under one subscription. Its core function is to clarify the scope and nature of the aggregated service, ensuring that both parties understand what is included and how the aggregation is managed, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over service delivery.
