Common use of Agent for Service Clause in Contracts

Agent for Service. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is in unlawful detainer, pursuant to Chapter 59.12 RCW, and Lessor is unable to serve Lessee with the unlawful detainer pleadings after one service attempt, then Lessor shall be deemed to have complied with the service requirements of Chapter 59.12 RCW if it mails such pleadings via certified mail to the address set forth in the notice section of this Lease and posts such pleadings in a conspicuous location on the Premises. Service shall be deemed complete on the third (3rd) day following the day of posting or day of mailing, whichever is later.
