Common use of Agency Termination Clause in Contracts

Agency Termination. Subject to Section 9.06 hereof, the appointment and authority of the Facility Agent hereunder shall terminate upon the payment to (a) the Lender and the Alternate Lender of all amounts owing to Lender and the Alternate Lender hereunder and under the Advances and (b) the Facility Agent of all amounts due hereunder and under the Advances.

Agency Termination. Subject to Section 9.06 Sections 10.07 and 10.08 hereof, the appointment and authority of the Administrative Agent and the Facility Agent Agents hereunder shall terminate upon the payment to (a) by the Lender and the Alternate Lender Borrower of all amounts owing to Lender and the Alternate Lender hereunder and under the Advances and (b) the Facility Agent of all amounts due hereunder and under the AdvancesObligations hereunder.
