Common use of Agency Termination Clause in Contracts

Agency Termination. Upon the receipt by any Guarantor of any notice received from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ terminating, or indicating any intent to terminate, or indicating any adverse fact or circumstance which could reasonably be expected to entitle ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ to terminate, such Guarantor for cause from any servicing arrangement with such agency, it shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Credit Agent notice thereof;

Upon the receipt by any Guarantor Obligor of any notice received from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ terminating, or indicating any intent to terminate, or indicating any adverse fact or circumstance which could reasonably be expected to entitle ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ to terminate, such Guarantor Obligor for cause from any servicing arrangement with such agency, it shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Credit Lender Agent, the First Priority Collateral Agent and the Collateral Control Agent notice thereof;
