Agency Representatives. Each party will designate a representative and alternate representative, as described in Attachment A, to ensure coordination between the cooperator and the BLM during the planning process. It is mutually agreed that any agency providing resources may, at its own discretion, request an agency representative who will be ordered and paid for by the protecting agency. Any support staff required by an agency administrator representative will be mutually agreed to and ordered by the protecting agency, or will be considered a voluntary contribution. An agency with jurisdictional interest, but not providing resources may, at its discretion, send an agency representative who will be considered a voluntary contribution.
