Agency LMC's Sample Clauses
The 'Agency LMC's' clause defines the rights, responsibilities, or limitations of an agency in relation to Loss Mitigation Claims (LMCs). Typically, this clause outlines how the agency is authorized to act on behalf of another party regarding the management, settlement, or negotiation of claims arising from losses. For example, it may specify the agency's authority to submit claims, communicate with insurers, or make decisions about claim settlements. The core function of this clause is to clarify the scope of the agency's powers and ensure all parties understand who is responsible for handling loss mitigation matters, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes.
