Common use of Afternoon Shift Clause in Contracts

Afternoon Shift. The standard work week for the afternoon shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) shall be a five (5) day week, eight (8) hours per day, commencing Monday at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until Friday at 10:00 p.m.

Afternoon Shift. The standard basic work week for the afternoon shift consists of forty (40) hours, Monday through Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) shall be a five (5) day week, eight (8) hours per 12:30 a.m. of the following day, commencing Monday at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until Friday at 10:00 p.m.with a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch period per shift.

The parties agree that employees may take their last 15 minute break at the end of their shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) shall be a five (5) day week, eight (8) hours per day, commencing Monday and leave at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until Friday at 10:00 p.m.1:00 A.M.
