Common use of After Clause in Contracts

After. a Board action has been taken on a layoff, a written notice of layoff shall be given to affected employees no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of layoff. A layoff interview with the Superintendent may be scheduled during normal working hours, if requested by the employee. A copy of the notice shall be concurrently sent by mail to the President of CSEA local chapter or designee, with a list of the employees to whom sent. Such notice shall indicate the layoff effective date and inform the employee of his or her displacement rights, if any, and reemployment rights.
