After the termination of the Executive's employment he shall not at any time thereafter represent himself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of or employed by the Company or any Affiliated Company, or use for trade or other purposes the name of the Company or any Affiliated Company or any name capable of confusion therewith, unless entitled to do so under the terms of a separate employment agreement with an Affiliated Company.
