After the Post Sample Clauses

After the Post. Closing Date, if not otherwise publicly available, upon written request of Purchaser, BMOO shall promptly furnish to such Purchaser a copy of all financial statements relating to BMOO for any period subsequent to the period covered by the financial statements included in the Disclosure Documents until the full conversion of the Debentures.
