Common use of After the Closing Clause in Contracts

After the Closing. Sellers and Buyer shall execute and deliver, or shall cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time such further instruments of conveyance and transfer, and shall take such other actions as Seller’s Representative or Buyer may reasonably request, to convey and deliver the Assets to Buyer, to perfect Buyer’s title thereto and to accomplish the orderly transfer of the Assets to Buyer in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.

After the Closing. Sellers and Buyer shall execute and deliver, or and shall otherwise cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time time, such further instruments of conveyance instruments, notices, division orders, transfer orders and transferother documents, and shall take do such other actions and further acts and things, as Seller’s Representative or Buyer may be reasonably requestnecessary to more fully and effectively grant, to convey and deliver assign the Assets Properties being conveyed to Buyer, to perfect Buyer’s title thereto and to accomplish Seller under the orderly transfer of the Assets to Buyer in the manner contemplated by this AgreementAssignment.

After the Closing Date, Sellers and Buyer Buyer, at the request of the other and without additional consideration, shall execute and deliver, or shall cause to be executed and delivered, from time to time such further instruments of conveyance and transfer, transfer and shall take such other actions action as Seller’s Representative or Buyer the other reasonably may reasonably request, request to convey and deliver the Assets and the Company Units to Buyer, to perfect Buyer’s title thereto Buyer and to accomplish the orderly transfer of the Assets and the Company Units to Buyer in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.
