After Sales Services. Party B will fulfill relevant after-sales service obligations according to Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality and manufacturer’s regulations.
After Sales Services. 9.1. The Distributor agrees and is authorized to (and will procure that its Sub-Distributors agree to) service and repair any Products manufactured or supplied by the Manufacturer subject to the After Sales Services and Warranty Services Protocol in Schedule 4.
After Sales Services. 21.1 Xxxxxx Xxxxx 0 of the Agreement Clarient will perform all After Sales Services described in Exhibit 11.
After Sales Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement that require Biotronik to provide repair or replacement for Products, including the applicable warranty terms, and conditional upon Acutus having received sufficient training by Biotronik pursuant to Section 3.11, Acutus will be responsible for providing all after-sales customer service to the extent mutually agreed.
After Sales Services. The Seller shall provide in-site installation and test, and purchased products shall be guaranteed by the manufacturers for 3 years. The Seller shall provide after-sales services for 5 years upon the day the product passes acceptance, include warranty period and maintenance period.
After Sales Services. At the request of the purchaser the parts may be installed by a SERG engineer. The technical support is provided by SERG, either by telephone or directly on the site. On-site intervention shall be provided within 72 hours, subject to the availability of the required parts and SERG personnel. At the end of each operation the SERG engineer shall draw up a technical intervention report which must necessarily be signed by him and by the customer. Without this signed report SERG reserves the right no longer to intervene on the site of the customer concerned. Any objection to this report must be made in writing by recorded delivery letter and must be justified within a period of 8 days.
After Sales Services. Party B shall provide free maintenance services to Party A during the warranty period. After its expiration, Party B shall provide such services by charging Party A maintenance fee. Within the warranty period, Party B shall respond within 2 hours and dispatch the personnel to the site within 8 hours upon receiving Party A’s notification, and conduct free maintenance.
After Sales Services. 1. The Dealer shall provide quality services for the Contracted Products to the full satisfaction of the customers. To such end, the Dealer shall possess and use special tools, workshop facilities and equipment and technical and management documentation in accordance with the applicable requirements of FAW-VW. The Dealer shall hire qualified personnel to perform the work contemplated hereunder in accordance with the requirements of the Supplier as further set forth in the FAW-VW Audi After-sales Management Manual.
After Sales Services. In case of artificial damage or more than warranty period, Party B shall be responsible for unconditional maintenance and only charge the maintenance cost of raw materials.
After Sales Services. 5.1 Party B must keep improving its distribution network, actively create archives for the distributors, and post the archives to Part B for record-keeping.
